• All of our installs are completed to the highest standard and are permitted through your local building department to ensure it is installed per your local, state, and manufacturers guidelines 
• We will provide a new concrete pad for your condenser if it is determined that it needs it
• Every install will receive the properly sized electric resistance heater and electrical circuit breakers sized per the manufacturer's specification
• We will make any ductwork modifications as needed to support the new install
• Attic installs will get a new secondary drain pan and 2 overflow safety switches installed 
• We will ensure proper operation through each cycle so you know that whatever weather is coming, you will be prepared
• We will remove and dispose of all existing equipment and make sure the work area is clean and tidy
• Additional items such as electrical disconnects, electrical whips, new condensate lines/pumps, new refrigerant line sets and any major ductwork modifications will be assessed with the initial estimate and may need to be added on to bring the system up to code

At Celsius Cooling & Heating LLC Heating and Cooling, we stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction. Our standard labor warranty is 1-year on all equipment that we install and your new system will come with a warranty through the manufacturer.

We also offer additional labor warranties on certain equipment to cover you for an additional 2, 5, or 10 years.
