• Check all your systems electrical connections
• Check the amperage on all motors and compressor
• Check all electrical components (contactors, capacitors, relays and circuit boards)
• Check your refrigerant pressures, superheat/subcool
• Clean outdoor unit coil and any debris inside
• Flush condensate line
• Check indoor coil and clean with a no rinse cleaner
• Check the condition of your ductwork
• Check your thermostat operation
• Replace your filter (Resident Provided)
• Ensure normal operation 
• Give recommendations on any upcoming repairs based on the assessment
